My outlook crashed and following advice on the internet, I deleted it with the entire Office , expecting to be able to reinstall it straight away - that proved impossible. To cut a long story short, i bought an Office for home and student bundle, which claimed to have Outlook in it. I installed it but can't find Outlook at all. Every time I click on the Outlook button, it goes straight to Outlook. All my email accounts from the office outlook plus all the stored mails are gone and I don't have all the account details to create new accounts on Outlook.
I expected a new version of the classic Outlook because that's what i paid for but it's not installed and I only have access to outlook. I'm desperate here to get my classic outlook mail provider back with all its vital information. Why is it missing from a package that I paid for Office for home and student - it's clearly included as an extra with xgames and the rest but won't install as the old outlook.

Thanks for your reply but it does state clearly on the box that Outlook is included in the package.
Maybe I need to write to microsoft with a photo. In reply to haaglander's post on May 2, The Outlook symbol is not pictured. This site in other languages x.
